Engagement Overview

The client is engaging a hands‑on GTM Program Manager on a six‑month contract to architect and operationalize a project management system in Jira, together with project reporting dashboards in Atlassian, that drives full transparency and accountability into the client's product GTM plans and launch status. This is a build‑and‑enable engagement: by the end of the term, the client's GTM team will have a live, well‑documented project management system, the dashboards to run it, and the training and SOPs to sustain it.

Objective

Stand up a single, reliable source of truth for GTM and product launch execution — so that anyone, from an individual contributor to an executive, can see plan status, milestones, risks, and project health in real time, and so that ownership and accountability are clear at every step.
