Position Overview
The Program Manager, Caregiver & Respite Services, is responsible for program development, oversight, implementation, promotion, and facilitation of caregiver programs (including Kinship caregivers) throughout the region. This position is responsible for identifying community service gaps and pursue programs and funding opportunities to address those gaps. Other responsibilities include engaging with community partners and working collaboratively with the applicable Management and leadership teams to support and enhance caregiver programs offered by AgeWays.
Duties Include:
+ Program Oversight of the Trualta & Caregiver Respite Programs to ensure effective and streamlined processes, program management; follow-up; compliance monitoring.
+ Develop, implement, and management of caregiver mini grants and caregiver programming to promote and support caregiver programming throughout the region.
