Opportunity Lead large services engagements to implement Adobe Experience Cloud solutions and maximise customers ROI in Adobe solutions.
What You'll Do - Manage cross‑functional teams in delivering Adobe projects from inception to completion, providing direction and prioritization to meet customer needs.
- Ensure the effective use of Adobe Consulting Methodology processes and procedures.
- Lead business consulting efforts to scope projects, identify, gather and analyze requirements, and define key business drivers for effective solutions.
- Coordinate the project estimation process.
- Plan, monitor and report on project execution.
- Manage project risks, issues, actions and decisions.
- Handle project resourcing and commercials, including forecasting, time management, invoicing and project P/L.
- Complete project communication plans for clients and partners, as well as internally within Adobe.
