**Position Overview:**

In partnership with the communications manager, develops and executes a consistent internal and external communications and engagement strategy across Sutter Health's clinical service lines (clinical areas that bring together physicians, clinicians and operational leaders around a specialty or area of care) and service centers (enterprise functions that support systemwide operations and care delivery). Serves as a primary communications partner to service line and service center leaders, providing strategic communications counsel and ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities, messaging and reputation goals.
