Program Manager - Community Partnerships

AHF is seeking a Community Partnership Program Manager to build relationships with nonprofits, community organizations, and local partners. This role focuses on outreach, proposal building, and representing AHF in collaboration conversations. You will help expand our network and create partnerships that strengthen our ability to serve the community sustainably. Requirements
