Our client is seeking an experienced Program Manager β ICT to lead the Program Management Office (PMO) function, overseeing budget planning, procurement, governance, and delivery of enterprise IT programs aligned with organizational strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:Budget, Procurement & Commercial Management
- Lead annual ICT budget planning in coordination with senior management and stakeholders
- Review and validate project/program budget estimations and financial forecasts
- Oversee budget utilization, financial controls, and cost optimization across programs
- Manage procurement planning, tendering processes, and contract renewals
