is seeking a Program Manager for the Gold Line Metro Project in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Job Purpose is to oversee the planning, execution, and control of Rail Design's Gold Line Metro portfolio, ensuring alignment with Dubai and company strategies, the Rail Network Plan 2032, and the corporate governance framework. Ensure the project is executed with high quality from start to finish. Provide strategic advice, monitor performance, and coordinate with partners to maintain compliant, efficient, and results-driven delivery.
