We are looking for a Program Manager with direct experience in running Ed Tech programs—someone who has successfully managed students, mentors, and company operations to deliver impactful outcomes.

What you'll be doing

Run student batches end-to-end — from onboarding to successful completion. Make sure classes, timelines, and outcomes stay on track. Be the main link between students, mentors, and our team. Keep students engaged, track their progress, and step in if they fall behind. Support mentors so they can deliver smooth, high-quality sessions. Set up and improve post-sales processes for a better student journey. Keep an eye on key metrics (attendance, completion %, feedback, NPS, etc.). Use data to find gaps and make programs better every cycle. Work with sales, content, and product teams to improve overall experience. Spot issues early (dropouts, delays) and solve them quickly.
