Position Overview

  • 15+ years of overall IT experience with at least 8+ years in Program Management.
  • Strong experience delivering Digital Banking transformation programs.
  • Deep understanding of Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, or Digital Banking operations.
  • Experience working with Core Banking platforms such as Temenos T24, Oracle FLEXCUBE, Finacle, or similar.
  • Hands-on experience managing Digital Channels including Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, Payments, Customer Onboarding, and Lending platforms.
  • Strong understanding of banking regulations, compliance, information security, and risk management.
  • Experience working with Cloud technologies, APIs, Microservices, and Enterprise Integration.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Experience managing large distributed teams across multiple geographies.
  • Strong budgeting, forecasting, vendor management, and governance experience.
