Responsible for the full execution, coordination, and quality of all work performed under the contract.

Ensures that all contractual requirements are carried out efficiently, accurately, and in strict compliance with the Performance Work Statement, while functioning as the primary liaison between contractor staff and Government leadership.

Acts with full authority on matters related to day-to-day operations and must remain accessible during standard duty hours to support Government needs and maintain continuous oversight of contract performance.
