Job Description

The role is responsible for new product introduction, product/team coordination and management of product release processes and inventory control. The position ensures consistent practices, customer demand fulfillment, cross‑functional R&D coordination, backlog commit management, and high customer satisfaction. The role also determines scope of NPI, leads the team through launch phases, coordinates transformation, and ensures readiness in Man, Material, Machine, Method. The position manages excess material disposition, risk‑based planning, and performs additional duties as directed.
