**Overview**

GovCIO is currently hiring for a Program Manager to oversee and manage the programs activities supporting the 39 IOS . This position will be located at Hurlburt AFB and will be an on-site position.

**Responsibilities**

The Program Manager (PM) serves as the senior technical and managerial lead for all aspects of the Cyber Operations Formal Training Support (CyOFTS III) contract, providing authoritative guidance, program oversight, and mission‑aligned decision-making to ensure continuous, effective training delivery across all 39 IOS locations.
