Job Description
The Global Legal Strategies and Policy Associate is responsible for supporting the legal program portfolio for the Global Legal Strategies and Policy (GLSP) group. Reporting to the Practice Area Director of the Program Management Office / Chief of Staff, this role supports driving the development, implementation, and execution of the team’s legal and business strategies and creating tailored project management and project advancement plans for complex initiatives. The Manager applies data-driven and technology-enabled approaches, including AI tools and change management skills to optimize team effectiveness, communications, structure execution plans, and develop presentations. This role contributes to organizational effectiveness initiatives within GLSP and helps build team capability through facilitation, coordination, and solutions design.
