Our client, a Technology company, is looking for a Program Manager (III) for their Sunnyvale, CA/Hybrid location. Responsibilities:

+ Across multiple teams, independently define, drive, and own program charter(s) that address scope, and timeline, OKRs, resourcing and risks/dependencies of moderately complex programs.

+ Translate ambiguous program goals into clear and measurable objectives/milestones.

+ Determine the effective level of program management required of an initiative.

+ Create project plans that break down a project into discrete phases aligned to the needs of stakeholders, include risks/dependencies and support proactive identification of program constraints.

+ Independently determine program phasing and metrics that effectively address continuous improvement including Resource Stewardship.

+ Optimize regular checkpoints and metrics dashboards.
