Responsibilities Leads multi-functional Program Support Team including, but not limited to, Engineers, Quality Assurance Specialists, Industrial Specialists, Software Specialists and Contracting personnel. Represents the Contact Management Office (CMO) as the single point of contact to the Buying Command for complex complete major weapons systems, defined as Major Defense Acquisition Programs. Collects, analyzes, synthesizes, and synopsizes functional specialist inputs; provides an integrated DCMA assessment of the contractor's program performance as well as a forecast for future programmatic efforts. Requires frequent contact with the Buying Command Program Manager and technical staff in order to resolve unprecedented and/or controversial issues; is engaged at all critical phases of the program life-cycle.
