TITLE: Program Manager


DUTIES: We seek a Program Manager based out of our office at 2151 E. Lincoln Road, Kokomo, IN 46902. Note, this is a hybrid position whereby the employee will work both from home and from the aforementioned office address. Hence, the employee must live within a reasonable commuting distance of the aforementioned office address. Note, this position requires international and domestic travel up to 20%, as needed.


Lead programs in the automotive electrification sector. Manage and lead project Gate Reviews from project kick off, development kick off, release of prototype tooling, build, release of prototype to customer, start of serial production, tooling release for production to assembly, and validation build to SOP.
