Position Overview

St. Leonard's Community Services, London & Region (SLCS) is seeking an experienced individual to join our leadership team as Program Manager to lead the Federal residential program, Cody Centre. The role will work closely with our community partners and justice workers to transition clients from Federal Institutions to a Community Residential Facility, with further reintegration to independent living in the community.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Operations, this role would oversee day‑to‑day operations and service delivery of our Federal Community Residential Facility (Cody Centre). Your responsibilities include:
