1. Position Purpose

• Lead the Ford Signature Design team to complete Dealership facilities within the International Market Group (IMG).
• The Ford Signature Program Manager will lead and develop the architectural discipline in design and technical competency, production    efficiency, cost effectiveness and value-added service for the IMG Market & ensure implementation of Dealership CI programs across IMG, in-line with global facility standards.
• The Ford Signature Program Manager will collaborate with other group leaders to effectively allocate resources to deliver projects on time and within budget and support all quality related initiatives.
• The Ford Signature Program Manager will co-ordinate with the Ford Global Architectural Team for any updates/design changes that need to be implemented in the IMG region.
