Position Overview: 

BLN24 has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Program Manager supporting the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. Serving as the primary interface with NOAA leadership, the Program Manager provides strategic direction, operational oversight, workforce leadership, and performance management across multiple research and mission-support initiatives. The ideal candidate is a proven leader with experience managing complex Federal programs, large portfolios, and geographically dispersed teams in dynamic, mission-focused environments. 

 
Key Responsibilities: 
+ Serve as the primary point of contact between NOAA and contractor personnel for all contract-related matters.  
+ Provide overall leadership and oversight of contract operations, personnel, subcontractors, and task order activities to ensure compliance with quality, cost, schedule, technical, and contractual requirements.
