**Job Summary**

As Program Manager at Michigan Telefund, you will manage the daily operations of the central fundraising call center. You will lead a dynamic student workforce of 40-80 staff members, from determining calling assignments and nightly goals to overseeing staff development and performance targets. You will collaborate with the Associate Director and Annual Giving Coordinator to develop strategies that create fundraising success across all three U-M campuses. Through regular analysis of donor results, caller performance, and operating budgets, you will identify opportunities to maximize outcomes for Telefund and its university partners. You will help develop creative recognition programs that inspire your team. These programs must fulfill budget requirements and meet production deadlines.
