This role requires a seasoned professional capable of managing large-scale program lifecycles across upstream, midstream, and downstream sectors while leading massive, geographically distributed technical workforces.
Position Requirements
Education & Certifications
Academic Core: Bachelors or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Petroleum Engineering .
Preferred: PMP® or equivalent program management certification.
Work Experience & Leadership
Domain Longevity: 17+ years of progressive experience in industrial services or engineering delivery within the Oil & Gas sector.
