Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager – PLM Architecture & Implementation to lead large-scale automotive digital engineering and wiring systems implementations. This role is responsible for end-to-end program delivery, from solution architecture through pilot and global rollout, with a strong focus on wiring harness / Electrical Distribution Systems (EDS) and PLM platforms such as Siemens Capital and Teamcenter.

You will act as the overall delivery and architecture leader, coordinating cross‑functional teams across engineering, IT, manufacturing, and external partners while ensuring alignment with business strategy, enterprise systems, and scalability objectives.
