**SUMMARY OF POSITION:**

Responsible for managing a portfolio of Patient Safety projects that produce institutional quality & patient safety outcomes. Monitor and evaluate clinical processes for the safe delivery of quality patient care throughout all applicable departments of the Medical Center through an integrated Patient Safety Program.
