The Agile Coach / Program Manager will lead Agile transformation efforts, guide enterprise-level Agile adoption, and manage strategic programs to align business and technology outcomes. This role focuses on driving continuous improvement, value delivery, and organizational agility through coaching, collaboration, and effective program governance. Responsibilities: Provide Agile coaching across all levels—from delivery teams to senior leadership—to embed Agile principles and accelerate organizational transformation. Facilitate Agile maturity assessments and develop tailored coaching roadmaps to improve performance and collaboration. Mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Release Train Engineers to strengthen Agile delivery and stakeholder engagement.
