Program Manager (Full-time Contract)

Location: YMCA John Island Camp, Spanish, ON

Start Date: May 1, 2026

Pay Rate: $18.00 - $19.50 per hour

Major Responsibilities

• Maintain a high-quality, participant-focused, safe, and engaging camp experience for all campers
• Oversee camp theme days and special programs
• Coordinate attendance and provide resources for cabin programs, individual choice activities, evening programs, and happy hour programs
• Manage program supplies, equipment, and budgets for all camp activities
• Evaluate campers during individual choice activities and provide feedback
• Oversee Tuck Shop inventory and purchases
• Develop, schedule, train, and support staff to deliver high-quality camp programs
• Follow all YMCA and John Island Camp policies, procedures, and guidelines
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Association
