This individual will operate at the center of a fast-paced, complex environment, driving multiple concurrent initiatives focused on cost reduction, operational efficiency, and transformation across mortgage and lending products. The ideal candidate brings strong structure, executive-level communication skills, and the ability to synthesize competing priorities into clear, actionable plans. This role requires a strong leadership presence and the confidence to engage directly with senior stakeholders, including executive leadership, to influence decision-making and drive outcomes.
