You will be the Subcontract Management Staff for the Global Supply Chain team. Our team is responsible for delivering mission‑critical logistics and supply‑chain solutions for the ARRW Program.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Subcontract Management Staff you will be responsible for managing a critical complex development supplier on the ARRW Program, overseeing cost, schedule, quality, and technical performance.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
+ Prepare bid and proposal requests, analyze supplier proposals, and conduct price analysis.
+ Lead source‑selection decisions and develop pre‑negotiation strategies.
+ Interface with program, technical, customer, and government teams throughout the contract lifecycle.
+ Manage post‑award subcontract functions including cost, schedule, technical performance, invoice reconciliation, and contract modifications.
