+ The Program Operations Analyst drafts and prepares technical administrative documentation and executes routine reviews of PMO management artifacts.
+ They maintain analytical data logs for program metrics and support the preparation of administrative status reports for review by senior management.
+ They follow established SOPs to ensure all technical reviews are conducted with precision and in accordance with organizational standards.
+ Supports the technical validation of administrative deliverables for the 900-position ILS2 program.
+ Draft personnel coordination plans and assist in tracking trends related to onboarding, equipment issuance, and PMO-specific milestones.
