SUMMARY:

+ Provide oversight into Federal Transit Administration (FTA) regulations and requirements including FTA circular requirements, particularly FTA S5310, S5307 Small Urban CMAQ, and FTA S5311, as well as any other discretionary or emergency grants made available to Local Programs, and will also include State requirements for SCDRTAP and the NJ-JARC program.
