Summary Provides program management support to the Veteran Readiness and Employment (VR&E) Division. This position supports case managers assigned to supervise and assist participants of the VR&E program, which is governed by Chapter 31, Title 38, United States Code. Assistance is required in all phases of the VR&E Division. Independent decisions to determine an appropriate course of action within the provisions of the VR&E Division are required. Responsibilities Specific duties include: Assisting in the establishment of VR&E claims, to include but not limited to application processing; checking for dual usage to assist with eligibility processing; scheduling appointments and sending appointment notifications; and completing Generated Eligibility Determination (GED) processing.
