Summary The Central Alabama Veterans Health Care System is actively recruiting for one (1) Program Specialist within Environmental Management Service (EMS). This position is a direct report to Chief of Environmental Management. Responsibilities Serves as the key advisor to service leadership on the evaluation and the effectiveness of service programs and operations, compliance, safety and survey readiness Provides leadership with independently developed data and objectively based information for making decisions on the administrative and programmatic aspects of operations and management and advises on potential benefits/uses of process improvement strategies to improve efficiency of programs.
