Summary The Workforce Management & Consulting (WMC's) Workforce Solutions (WS) office is a critical component of the Agency, currently consisting of four major service lines. WS provides strategic and operational guidance to organizations within VA Headquarters, VHA Central Office, VHA Medical Centers, and the Office of Information and Technology. Responsibilities Duties to include but not limited to: Leads teams in developing, implementing, and managing an extensive administrative metrics program, designed to improved reporting processes and improving business outcomes for Workforce Solutions and its customers. Skilled in end-user design and develop documents for complex issues covering a wide range of subjects of a highly technical nature.
