Position Overview
Enhance Agropur's internship initiatives as a Program Specialist for Early-career Talent in Quebec. Lead recruitment processes for nearly 100 interns yearly.
In this role, you'll report to the Manager of Planning and Talent Attraction and be responsible for executing early-career talent programs. Your focus will be on internships and development pathways for graduates. Collaborate closely with internal teams and educational institutions to manage recruitment and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for all participants.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute and improve early-career programs and initiatives
• Coordinate high-volume recruitment for student jobs and interns
• Analyze hiring outcomes and candidate metrics for improvement
• Manage onboarding and engagement for new recruits
• Build relations with universities to enhance candidate outreach
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related area
