Summary This position is located at VA Finger Lakes Healthcare System in Bath, NY or Canandaigua, NY. The incumbent's responsibility is to provide leadership and assume continuing responsibility for the development, implementation, coordination, maintenance, and evaluation of the TMS and educational databases. This includes integrated programs that cross services, disciplines, facility and organizational lines to influence organizational mission, vision, values, and strategic priorities.
