The Role

At CarePros, our Program Supervisors don’t just oversee care, they deliver it, model it, and elevate it.

You’ll work directly with adults with developmental disabilities, complex mental health needs, addictions, and diverse behavioural profiles while mentoring a team of Community Support Workers (CSWs). You’ll set the tone, the standard, and the energy of the home.
