Role Overview
The Program Manager – Cross Sell will be responsible for driving cross-sell business across the CES channel by enabling product penetration across Assets, Credit Cards, TPP, and NPS. The role requires strong collaboration with central product teams, field sales teams, Risk/Credit, and analytics to deliver business growth, optimize conversion, and enhance sourcing quality.
The incumbent will act as a

key enabler for revenue diversification , leveraging data-driven insights, strategic planning, and operational excellence.
