Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end testing programs for Private Banking transformation and digital initiatives.
- Define and implement the overall test strategy, governance, planning, and execution.
- Manage SIT, UAT, System Integration Testing, Regression Testing, and Production Validation.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and project managers to ensure timely delivery.
- Drive defect management, risk assessment, issue resolution, and test reporting.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, quality standards, and organizational testing frameworks.
- Manage testing resources, budgets, timelines, and project deliverables.
- Mentor and guide test managers, leads, and QA teams across multiple workstreams.
- Support release planning, cutover activities, and post-production validation.
