Position Overview

            Job Scope: To assist the Centre Manager in the overall daily operations of the Active Ageing Centre. 
Job Functions: Plan and organize activities 
Manage the Alert Alarm System 
Conduct outreach to seniors living within the service boundary 
Assist in recruitment and management of volunteers and organize befriending activities 
Assist in administrative work and submission of reports 
Up‑keeping the facilities and equipments provided in the centre 
Maintain and update Information and Referral Services record 
Befriending and Buddying of identified seniors 
Assisting seniors with letter reading, handphone issues
