Position Overview

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: The Programme Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and ensuring the smooth, efficient, and cost-effective delivery of ATT’s national and international onsite immersive training programmes. The role focuses on operational planning and logistics, including scheduling facilitators and actors, managing travel and venue arrangements, preparing documentation, and coordinating clear communication so each training programme runs smoothly, on time and within budget. The primary focus will be on European and US programmes, with additional support for UK delivery as required.
