Connexions is Singapore’s first outcome-based centre supporting low-ability autistic young adults through structured vocational, life-skills, and community integration programmes. We are seeking a dynamic and people-centred who can strengthen our ecosystem, tell our stories authentically, and build meaningful relationships with stakeholders, while also being deeply involved in supporting our Learners’ development and caregiver communication.
