• Drive strategies to maximise the value of research and advisory services for staff and leadership.
• Lead end-to-end vendor management lifecycle from requirements gathering, procurement coordination, tender evaluations, contract negotiations, renewals and vendor performance management.
• Analyse utilisation metrics and effectiveness of advisory subscriptions and recommend improvements to maximise organisational value.
• Evaluate and drive opportunities to enhance insights and advisory capabilities through emerging technologies, including GenAI-enabled tools and platforms.
