What you’ll do

The SUJ Programme Coordination Lead plays a central role in the strategic coordination, governance and operational excellence of the Skills Upload Jr (SUJ) programme across Europe. The role acts as a key integrator between strategy and execution, ensuring that the programme is delivered coherently at scale, with strong governance, financial discipline, risk management and continuous improvement. Operating with a high degree of autonomy and judgement, it provides strategic support to the Head of European Digital Wellbeing Programmes, works in close partnership with local programme leads, and leads the coordination of centrally managed initiatives, partners and resources. The position is instrumental in strengthening the programme’s impact, efficiency, positioning and sustainability, while balancing global ambition with local realities.
