Lead and coordinate the Social Practice portfolio, including delivery and field education for Te Ata Māhina, Bachelor of Social Work (BSW). This role supports programme quality, placements, and partnerships across the social sector. Join a growing, purpose‑led team at a pivotal stage.

Social Practice supports pathways into social work, youth work, mental health, addiction and Whānau Ora. You’ll work alongside passionate kaiako and partners to deliver meaningful outcomes for ākonga.

• Lead academic delivery and programme planning
• Manage budget, EFTS, and performance outcomes
• Provide leadership and team wellbeing support
• Coordinate BSW placements and provider links
• Ensure NZQA and SWRB compliance standards
