Programme Support Officer – Believe in Bedworth

£29,175 per annum, 37 hours per week, Fixed term for 3 years with potential to extend – Office/Hybrid (BRANCAB offices, Bedworth) with regular travel around Bedworth.

Role

We are looking for an organised, dependable and proactive Programme Support Officer to keep the “Believe in Bedworth” programme running smoothly and effectively. This role supports programme delivery through strong administration, financial coordination and project tracking, and is part of the wider community effort.

Responsibilities

• Manage budgets and governance processes.
• Organise and deliver events, volunteer onboarding and community engagement.
• Support programme development and project tracking.
• Assist with the Pride in Place agenda of turning local priorities into meaningful action.
