Progression, Transitions and Achievement Coach (2 x FTE – 52-week contract)

The progression, transitions and achievement coach will be primarily responsible for managing the gathering of appropriate transition information, transition of new students into college who have been identified and to work with them to ensure that they are on the right course, stay in learning, achieve and progress to further study and/or employment. The focus of all this support will be to enable the student to overcome the barriers that may prevent them achieving success whilst at college.

This role follows the principles of youth work to enable them to deliver an assertiveness mentoring model to ensure that learners successfully transition into the college, achieve and progress to further study or employment.
