Job Summary
The Document Controller isresponsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining project and operationaldocumentation in accordance with CBRE standards and client requirements. Thisrole ensures all records are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible,supporting efficient project execution and compliance within CBRE’s real estateand facilities management operations.
Key Responsibilities
Document Management & Control
- Establish and maintain document control systems for operations
- Ensure all incoming/outgoing documents are properly logged, tracked, and distributed
- Maintain accurate filing systems (electronic and hard copy) in line with CBRE policies
- Control document numbering, versioning, and revision history
