Position Overview

Handle incoming calls and emails for Aircon servicing request, arrange manpower to attend the complain & prepare report for quotation perusal 
Prepare and distribute necessary documents for internal teams, building management, and clients to facilitate project progress 
Schedule daily work assignments and arrange transportation for project team workers to optimize resource deployment 
Oversee maintenance and repair scheduling for company vehicles to ensure operational readiness
