Position Overview

Roles & Responsibilities Oversee all general project administration Provide administrative support to project personnel Handle all documentation preparation for projects including sourcing and issuance of Purchase Orders to relevant parties Update vendors profiles Work closely with Project team to schedule for material and manpower resources Coordinate shipment from overseas suppliers to Singapore and export orders Read drawings to pick up quantities, perform calculations and assist with quotations
Requirements
A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, analytical and resourceful Computer literate, with knowledge in MS office Fast paced environment Experience in working in related building materials trade
