Responsibilities - Manage and coordinate the project administrative work - Purchase Order
- Monthly Tax Invoices and sub-contractors’ payment certifications.
- Manage and update all submission documents and liaise with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Prepare and submit monthly project progress claims and follow through on invoices.
- Assist in material sourcing and compilation of quotations from various vendors and subcontractors.
- Support, communicate, and coordinate with external and internal departments.
- Assist in other ad-hoc duties when required.
Authority NIL
Academic Qualification - Min GCE 'N' level or any other recognized qualification of the same equivalent.
Skills & Experience - Prior exposure in construction industry is preferred.
