Perform administrative functions and provide support to the project team.
Prepare, transcribe, and distribute project documents and correspondence including subcontract bases, subcontracts, purchase orders, and official letters.
Create and maintain both paper and electronic project files in accordance with company guidelines.
Maintain and track project information as directed by the project team.
Follow up with subcontractors regarding project documentation such as claims, certificates, delivery orders, and related paperwork.
Assist the project team with project closeout coordination and preparation of Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals.
Work closely with the Project Director and Project Managers to achieve departmental objectives.
Assist in preparing project documentation including cash flow reports, progress claims, project insurance, schedules, and other related reports.
