Position Overview

Responsibilities
  • Perform administrative functions and provide support to the project team.
  • Prepare, transcribe, and distribute project documents and correspondence including subcontract bases, subcontracts, purchase orders, and official letters.
  • Create and maintain both paper and electronic project files in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Maintain and track project information as directed by the project team.
  • Follow up with subcontractors regarding project documentation such as claims, certificates, delivery orders, and related paperwork.
  • Assist the project team with project closeout coordination and preparation of Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals.
  • Work closely with the Project Director and Project Managers to achieve departmental objectives.
  • Assist in preparing project documentation including cash flow reports, progress claims, project insurance, schedules, and other related reports.
